Physiotherapy self-referal
No need to see the GP first
If you have already been assessed by a GP, nurse practitioner or First Contact Physiotherapist and they have advised you to self-refer to physiotherapy, you must use Option 2
Option 1: First Point of Contact Physiotherapy

You will then be assessed by a physio over the phone and either given advice or offered an appointment for further assessment as appropriate.
Option 2: Self-referral online to Solent NHS Physio
NHS Solent Health Physiotherapy service for over 16's Only
